Tuto Money Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). On 9 March 2026 our firm voluntarily agreed to restrictions imposed by the FCA. The restrictions mean we:
(a) Must not register any trading names on the FCA’s Financial Services Register without consent
(b) Have removed all trading names from the Financial Services Register other than Tuto and Tuto Money and have ensured that all websites and media have been updated
(c) Must not onboard any Appointed Representative/Introducer Appointed Representative without the FCA's consent
(d)Must ensure within 10 days that all of our promotional material is compliant with the FCA Handbook.
These restrictions do not impact our ability to provide services to existing clients or new clients. We are working proactively with the FCA to satisfy all points of the agreement.
